Morgan Katnik, Flight Instructor - Morgan has been flying at Journeys since 2017, where he earned his Private, Instrument, and Commercial. Morgan worked as Assistant Manager from 2019 through 2022, when he stepped back to finish some of his flight training goals.
Morgan is a student at the Metropolitan State University of Denver, where he'll graduate December 2023 with a B.S. in Aviation and Aerospace Science. Morgan was a member of the MSU Denver Aerobatic Team and is currently volunteering as an instructor and safety pilot. Morgan is also an active member of the Boulder airport community, where he holds monthly meetings for EAA Chapter 1627's IMC Club, flies for the monthly EAA 1627 Young Eagles rallies, and takes his 1946 Cessna 140 for joyrides. Morgan is a member of United's Aviate program, with goals of flying for United Airlines with his sister and his father.
